To reward our best customers more fairly, the value of the cash back reward increases according to the amount of your orders made in the last 365 days.
You have just registered, you are a customer for your first purchase. The Cash back will be 0.05 € per slice of 1 €, i.e. 5% reduction on your purchase (excluding shipping costs), and after any other cumulative reduction.
The higher your number of orders, the higher the value of your discounts, discount, cash back and therefore discount.

HOW LONG ARE MY DISCOUNTS AND CASH BACK VALID ?
Discounts from the advantage, affiliation and sponsorship loyalty program are valid for 1 year (365 days).
1 year (365 days), after shipment of your order. Cash back obtained and not used within this period expire and are withdrawn from your account.
WHEN MY CASH BACK OR DISCOUNT IS UPDATED ON MY ACCOUNT ?
You have just paid for your order, the balance of your cash back discounts is pending until payment is verified. This may take some time, depending on the payment method you have chosen. Your cash back rebates will appear in your account and validated upon shipment of your order.
I WANT TO RETURN AN ORDER BUT I USED MY BACK CASE DISCOUNT, HOW DOES IT WORK ?
In the case of order return or refund, the cash back discount used in an order, you will be refunded the amount of your order minus the amount corresponding to the cash back discount used in this order.
WHAT ARE THE CAS BACK DISCOUNT RESTRICTIONS ?
Discounts and cash back can only be used by you "CUSTOMER" they are not transferable to any other person or third party. They cannot be useful by distributors, affiliates or professional people because they enjoy other advantage.
Discounts and cash back cannot be used to pay for shipping costs.
Minimum profit to generate the reduction: 0.50€
Rebates and cash back are granted on the basis of activities carried out in good faith. Conua reserves the right to block rebates and cash back or any rewards and/or suspend credit granted by the Conua store, in cases where it deems that participation has not been made in the spirit of this agreement. .
Rebates and cash back cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value outside of use on the Conua website. Store credit can only be used for future purchases on the Conua site.
Conua reserves the right to modify the rewards without notice, in particular in the event of unavailability, to review the calculation of the discounts and cash back loyalty of the shop as well as the exchange rates relating to the credits, the period of validity, the number of maximum points or other conditions of the offer.
