Buy Ginseng panax

GINSENG : ginseng is a plant belonging to the genus panax of the araliaceae family, which grows exclusively, in its natural state, on the southern slopes of humid mountains in the middle of thick forests in parts of East Asia (Manchuria, Korea, Siberia) and North America.

Only the root is used in medicine and more particularly that of the variety: Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer whose reputation is the oldest and still the greatest. Chemical studies reveal that ginseng is rich in group B vitamins (B1, B2, B12, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid), Vitamin C, estrogen, peptides and saponosides.

It is these saponosides, also called ginsenosides, that give it its stimulating properties.

Ginseng has a general tonic action on the body: it increases physical and intellectual performance. It improves the memorization process and reflexes. It allows the body to adapt better to exertion by reducing the feeling of fatigue, muscle pain, the level of lactic acid in the blood and increases the use of oxygen by the muscles.

In addition, by acting on the adrenal cortex, ginseng root has a stimulating action on the sexual organs.
