These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company CAMIAU Société par actions simplifiée à associé unique au capital de 4 500 euros whose head office is located at 27 Avenue Philippe Rochat 06600 Antibes France, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Antibes under number RCS Antibes 829 712 090 000 10 hereinafter referred to as

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between CAMIAU and the Buyer (the Customer).
These general conditions of sale shall prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. They are applicable worldwide.
The Buyer (the Customer) acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific conditions of sale specific to each product offered.

The acquisition of a product through this site implies unconditional acceptance by the Buyer (the Customer) of these terms and conditions of sale, which the Buyer (the Customer) acknowledges having read prior to placing his order. Before any transaction, the Buyer (the Customer) declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site [domain], https://www.conua.com is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3. PRICE AND DURATION OF VALIDITY, PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
The prices listed on the product sheets in the online catalog are prices in Euros (€) including all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. These prices are exclusive of the flat-rate contribution to the costs of processing and shipping the order.
The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased depending on the total amount of the order or the weight of the order.

Article 4. Order and payment terms
Before any order, the Buyer (the Customer) must create an account on the site [domain], https://www.conua.com.
The account creation section is accessible directly from the menu bar.
At each visit, the Buyer (the Customer), if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, etc.), must identify himself using this information.

- Payment by check:
The Buyer (the Customer) selects the products he wishes to order in the “basket”, modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or enters a new one.
Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the Buyer (The Customer), along with the name of the carrier.
Then, the Buyer (the Customer) chooses the payment method of his choice: “ Payment by check ”.
Finally, the last step asks him to check all the information, read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, then invites him to validate his order by clicking on the button " Order with obligation of payment ".
This last click constitutes the final conclusion of the contract.
Upon validation, the Buyer (the Customer) receives an order form confirming the registration of his order.
In order to finalize payment and trigger processing of the order, the Buyer (the Customer) must print this order form, accompanied by a check made out to “ CAMIAU ” at the following address:

Upon receipt of the check, the order will be processed and the Buyer (the Customer) will be informed by email.

Article 5. Reservation of ownership
The company CAMIAU retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including principal, costs and taxes.
Article 6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer (the Customer) has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of the order (from the day after receipt of the order) to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, and thus return the product(s) to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs. The right of withdrawal also applies to sale, second-hand or destocked products. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. Any right of withdrawal exercised after the expiry of the aforementioned period will not be taken into account by CAMIAU, the products delivered will be presumed to have been accepted.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised :
for products that have been unsealed by the Buyer (the Customer) after delivery, they cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, such as personal hygiene products, non-airtight cosmetics and foodstuffs likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, are excluded by law from the benefit of the right of withdrawal.

The Buyer (the Customer) returns at his own expense the new, unopened item, in its original packaging, intact, accompanied by the instructions for use and documentation. It will be up to the Customer to keep all proof of return.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer is invited to complete the withdrawal form below within the time limit, and if he wishes also via the CONTACT form, and write a similar unambiguous declaration with the order number, the list of products that the Customer wishes to return.
The return of goods is made, at the latest, within fourteen (14) days following the request, of its decision to withdraw. Any return of goods requires a return number.
CAMIAU will reimburse the amounts paid by the Buyer (the Customer), with the exception of return costs within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following their physical receipt or receipt of effective proof of their sending by the Customer, the date retained being the first of these facts (postmark serving as proof). In the event of return of an entire order, CAMIAU will also reimburse the Customer for the initial delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice by the Buyer (the Customer), where applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered, in accordance with the legislation. The partial return of some of the products ordered will not give rise to the reimbursement of the initial delivery costs because the amount of the delivery costs is fixed. In both cases, CAMIAU undertakes to reimburse the returned product(s) in full.
This reimbursement will use the same means of payment as that chosen by the Buyer (the Customer) for the initial transaction, unless the Buyer (the Customer) expressly agrees to a different means; in any event, this reimbursement will not cause any additional costs for the Buyer (the Customer).
The Buyer (the Customer) must imperatively accompany his package with the withdrawal form below or any other unambiguous declaration expressing his wish to withdraw (the use of the withdrawal form below is not obligatory):

Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. However, the Buyer (the Customer) has the choice of having the delivery made to the address registered in his customer account or to any other address of his choice.
Orders are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature, or with signature depending on your choice.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the Buyer (the Customer) reimbursed within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was terminated.
The company CAMIAU may provide the Buyer (the Customer) with the tracking number of their package by email.
The buyer (the Customer) is delivered to his home by his postman, or to a relay point depending on his choice.
In the event of the Buyer's (the Customer's) absence, he will receive a delivery notice from his postman, which will allow him to collect the products ordered from the nearest Post Office, within a period indicated by the postal services.
The buyer (the Customer) is required to check in the presence of the postal worker or delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery.

Liability for loss or confirmed delivery
Once the package is taken care of by the transport service (La Poste, Delivengo, Colissimo, etc.) and delivery is confirmed , the carrier's responsibility is fully engaged.
In the event of a complaint for non-receipt of the package, an official investigation will be opened with the carrier .
- If the carrier officially acknowledges the loss of the shipment, the responsibility lies with them, and no refund or reshipment can be demanded from us .
- If the carrier confirms delivery to the address indicated when ordering, no refund or reshipment will be granted .
The buyer is therefore invited to carefully follow the tracking of their package and to contact the carrier directly in the event of a problem after confirmation of delivery.
Article 8. Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal guarantees of compliant delivery (Consumer Code art. L 217-4 et seq.) and against hidden defects (Civil Code art 1641 et seq.) allowing the consumer to return products delivered that are non-compliant or defective.
Legal guarantee of conformity (art. L. 217-1 to L. 217-14 of the Consumer Code)
Article L.217-4. The seller delivers goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

Article L.217-5. The property complies with the contract:

- if it has the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labelling;
2° Or if it presents the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or is suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and which the latter has accepted.
Article L. 217-12. The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the good.
Legal guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)
Article 1641. The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have paid a lower price for it, if he had known of them.
Article 1648, paragraph 1. The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.
Article 9. Liability
The company CAMIAU, in the distance selling process, is only bound by an obligation of means, resulting from all the steps necessary for the conclusion of the distance selling contract. Its liability may not be incurred in whole or in part if it provides proof that the non-performance of its obligations is attributable either to the consumer, or to a service provider, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or in the event of force majeure.
Article 10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site [domain], https://www.conua.com, the brand "CONUA" is operated by the company.CAMIAU. It is registered with the INPI in its entirety, as well as all related rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners.
CAMIAU does not authorize the reproduction of texts, photos, illustrations, videos, logos, brands, product names and graphics posted on its website. All these contents are the property of the company CAMIAU and covered by copyright, with the exception of brands, logos or contents belonging to other partner companies or authors. Any use of these without prior agreement will be subject to an action for infringement.
Article 11. Personal data
The company CAMIAU undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer (the Customer), which it would be required to transmit for the use of certain services (carrier, colissimo, payment).
Any information concerning him is subject to the provisions of law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the Internet user has a right to access, modify and delete information concerning him.

Article 12. Disputes and mediation
