- Delivery of a product ordered on CONUA will be made via postal services, within 48 hours (working day), from confirmation of payment.
Orders placed before 12 p.m. (French time) will be shipped the same day, and for orders placed after 12 p.m. the next day.
For shipments to L'Étrange, the basis for calculating shipping costs is issued by the postal services and/or carriers at the time the order is placed.
- We do everything we can to find the most economical and safest solution in each case.
- Delivery is made to the address indicated on the order form, completed by the Buyer (The Customer).
- The goods travel to the recipient (the Buyer (The Customer)). Always check your package on arrival and exercise the right of reservation by mentioning before signing “subject to unpacking” if applicable.

CAMIAU will reimburse the sums paid by the Buyer (The Customer), with the exception of return costs within a maximum period of 14 days, upon receipt of the products.
